Pool Cleaning & Service in Portsmouth, RI

Only when the best will do…

Portsmouth occupies the northern half of Aquidneck Island, with large properties along the West Passage of Narragansett Bay. Portsmouth homeowners investing in backyard pools tend to be doing it for the long term — this is a market of year-round owners who want a high-quality installation and consistent service.

We're about 40 minutes from East Freetown via Route 24. We schedule Portsmouth visits efficiently as part of our Aquidneck Island route — you're not absorbing an outsized travel cost just for being on an island.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Portsmouth, RI require permits for new pool construction?

Yes. New in-ground pool construction in Portsmouth requires a building permit and a site plan with setbacks. Bay-facing and wetland-adjacent properties will also require review by the Portsmouth Conservation Commission. We handle all permit coordination on every build.

Does being on an island affect your service schedule or pricing?

We cross the Sakonnet River Bridge routinely on our Rhode Island service routes. Portsmouth visits are scheduled as part of our regular Aquidneck Island rotation — not a special trip.

When should I book a spring opening in Portsmouth?

Late April and May are our busiest weeks in Rhode Island. Book by early April to secure your preferred window.
