The comparison must be like for like. We use Jandy systems on every new build because they're the right equipment for the job. A quote built around lower-grade components isn't the same pool. We won't pretend it is. When the specs match, the price match applies.

What does "apples to apples" mean exactly?
It means the same scope of work, the same equipment tier, and the same service specifications. A quote for a vinyl-liner in-ground pool with a Jandy filtration system matches against another quote for a vinyl-liner pool with equivalent equipment. It does not match against a quote built around a lower-grade pump or a reduced-scope installation. We'll review the competing quote with you and tell you upfront whether it qualifies. There's no guesswork.
Does the price match apply to pool service and maintenance, not just builds?
Yes. The guarantee covers new pool construction, equipment, and pool services including liner replacements, openings and closings, and other scheduled work. The same apples-to-apples rule applies: the competing quote has to match the service scope we're offering.
How do I claim the price match?
Bring a written quote from the competing contractor to your free estimate visit, or email it to sales@backyardparadisepool.com before your visit. We'll confirm it's a valid comparison and apply the match. The free robotic cleaner is included automatically with every verified match. You don't need to ask for it separately.
Does the free robotic cleaner apply to service-only jobs or only new builds?
The free robotic cleaner is included with every verified price match, regardless of the service type. New pool build, liner replacement, pool opening or closing package, or any other covered service. As long as the competing quote qualifies, the cleaner is part of the deal.
What if the competitor's quote is verbal or informal?
We need a written quote to verify the comparison. A text message, screenshot, or printed estimate all work, as long as it shows the contractor, the scope of work, and the price. Verbal estimates can't be matched because there's nothing to compare against.
Is there a deadline?
Yes. This offer is valid through December 25, 2026. Your price match must be claimed and your project must be booked before that date.
Can I use financing and still claim the price match?
