Does Middleborough require permits for a new pool build?

Yes. New in-ground pool construction in Middleborough requires a building permit. Properties near Assawompset Pond or Long Pond will also need Conservation Commission review. We handle all permit coordination on every build.

My Middleborough property has a large lot — can you design a pool with a full outdoor space?

Absolutely. Large-lot builds are exactly the kind of project where we do our best work — pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit. We design and build the full outdoor transformation.
