Pool Cleaning & Service in Falmouth, MA

Only when the best will do…

Falmouth's Local Pool and Hot Tub Experts

Falmouth sits about 25 minutes from our home base in East Freetown — close enough that we can have a service tech on your property the same week you call, and often the same day for urgent chemical issues or equipment problems. We know Falmouth well: the mix of year-round residents in East Falmouth and North Falmouth, the dense vacation rental corridor along Surf Drive, the waterfront homes on Vineyard Sound, and the Airbnb hosts in Woods Hole and Teaticket who depend on a spotless pool to keep their 5-star ratings.

Falmouth has one of the highest concentrations of private in-ground pools on Cape Cod, and one of the most active short-term rental markets in Barnstable County. That combination means pool service here isn't optional — it's a business requirement. Whether you're a year-round homeowner who wants the pool handled all season or an Airbnb host whose guests expect the hot tub ready every Friday, we treat your property with the same care we'd give our own.

Services Available in Falmouth

Weekly & Bi-Weekly Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Our most popular service in Falmouth. We test and balance your water, skim, brush and vacuum the pool, check all equipment, and leave a service report through the Pool Brain app so you always know what was done. Weekly visits keep chemical levels tight through the summer heat and the heavy rental turnover that comes with it.

Hot Tub Service and Cleaning We service and clean hot tubs and spas throughout Falmouth. That means a full drain and refill, chemical balance, filter clean, and equipment check. Many of our Falmouth clients pair a hot tub visit with their regular pool service — one visit, everything handled.

Pool Openings (Spring) Standard and Deluxe opening packages. We remove the cover, reconnect equipment, start the filter system, and bring your water up to swim-ready chemistry.

Pool Closings (Fall) Standard and Deluxe closing packages. We blow out the lines, add winterizing chemicals, fit the cover, and make sure your equipment is protected before the first hard freeze.

Maintenance Plans

Silver Plan — $99/month: Bi-weekly visits, water testing, chemical balancing, basic equipment check.

Gold Plan — $149/month: Weekly visits, full cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, equipment inspection, Pool Brain reporting.

Platinum Plan — $199/month: Weekly visits plus priority scheduling, full cleaning, chemical management, cover cleaning, and a complimentary opening or closing included each season.

New Pool Construction We build custom in-ground and above-ground pools throughout Falmouth. Our design process uses advanced 3D visualization so you can see exactly what your finished backyard will look like before we break ground.

Liner Replacement If your Falmouth pool is showing its age — fading liner, slow leak, or visible wear — we handle the full replacement. We perform leak detection before the new liner goes in.

Hardscaping, Patios & Outdoor Kitchens Pool surround, custom patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit — we build the whole outdoor space.

Financing Available Pool builds and major renovations available through HFS Financial. No home equity required, soft credit check only. Email sales@backyardparadisepool.com.
